This Week The Mice Have Mostly Been...

This week has mostly been about two things: work and sickness! HK and Mini Mouse have been hard at work which hasn't left much time to enjoy the finer things in life... Meanwhile Middle Mouse has been laid up in bed with viral gastroenteritis - sad times all round. BUT the weekend is on it's way, so positivity starts here! When we haven't been chained to our desks and feeling sorry for ourselves... This week the Mice have mostly been...

Getting caught in Charlotte's web with a brand new pair of Charlotte Olympias joining the 3BM shoe collection! Middle Mouse gave a pair of heartstoppingly beautiful Palomas a good home a couple of years ago and ever since, they haven't been far from her little mouse toes...

Since then, Mini and HK Mouse have been eyeing up Paloma's stablemates looking out for their very own slice of Charlotte Olympia amazingness...

Then, last week HK Mouse was happily sitting in the hairdressers when an email zipped into her inbox from the ever awesome, The Outnet, announcing a huge Charlotte Olympia sale. Quicker than you can say 'perilously high heel', one pair of delicious Priscilla platforms had found their way into HK Mouse's shopping bag and a few short days later they zoomed around the globe and arrived at her desk! We love internet shopping!

Having been sitting pretty, glittering away on the shoe shelf all week, this weekend, Priscilla will be making her Hong Kong debut on a dancefloor in Central! Now all we need to do is find Mini Mouse's perfect pair...

Raving about last week's grand opening of new Hong Kong It Spa, Flawless. Having popped by to sample Flawless' make-up services a couple of weeks ago, HK Mouse was super excited to head down to the spa's launch party last Thursday.

With free flowing Moet and DJ Eve Speciall spinning some serious party tunes, the spa was buzzing and packed wall to wall with Hong Kong's beautiful people. After a couple of glasses of champagne and a bit of a gossip with Flawless' beauty team, HK Mouse left clutching her goody bag (stuffed with Aromatherapy Associates and Medik8 products). With a weekend of full on hen fun planned she may just have to pay a trip to the spa next week for a bit of post-party tlc!

Slathering our faces with Clayspray's Pore Refining white clay masque - we can't get enough of it! At the end of a hard day i'm sure we're not the only ones to race home, whip off our day-old work outfits and hop into comfy, oversized, slob-on-the-sofa kind of clothes. Next, hair on top of your head ready to wash your face clean of city grime. A face mask is not part of my everyday skincare ritual but every now and again, I like to treat myself! I think i'll be treating myself a little more often after discovering Clayspray. It claims to exfoliate and remove impurities and toxins whilst nourishing skin with minerals to help prevent ageing - sounds A OK to me! Not only does it leave your skin feeling amazing but it's also fun - spray on clay - enough said!

£44.50 for 125ml enough for approx. 17 facials!

Lusting big time over Mawi's Glitter Bug good enough to eat clutch bags - arm candy if ever we saw it! Neon fabulousness fused with perspex, glitter and jewels - heaven! Us Mice have been fans of Mawi jewellery for years now - the label's use of bold colours and chunky embellishment had us at first sight. Prices range from £485 to £650 - pricey yes but oh so worth the bankruptcy!

Giving enormous thanks to the fashion Gods for FINALLY answering all our Hong Kong shopping prayers with the opening of a sparkly, new, much longed for Topshop!

Quite how Hong Kong has survived without a Topshop until now is completely beyond us! HK Mouse informs us the new store is dangerously close to her new flat (about a five minute downhill stroll...) and that she'll be popping in this evening for "a quick look"... We can just see her credit card cowering at the thought!

And that's it from us for another week! But we'll leave you with our moto for the weekend...

Happy weekend!
The Mice
