Deli Deliciousness...

The Deli Downstairs in Victoria Park is officially my happy place! It's quite simply the most gorgeous deli I have ever laid eyes on ... This is where food-lovers dreams are made! Full to the brim of delicious mouth-watering goodies, from hearty homemade pies to oodles of scrumptious cakes to fresh from the ground winter veg. Pure heaven!

The deli is an award winning family run business and is housed within a beautiful Victorian building previously a grocer's shop ... with a pinch of love and a huge amount of attention to detail the premises has been restored back to its former usage and glory. Only last year, the business was awarded one of the 10 regional deli of the year spots by Olives Et Al

Owner, Theo Fraser has really outdone himself with this deli of dreams. Every inch of the shop oozes charm from the black & white swinging shop sign to the stack of shopping baskets for customer use at the front door to the array of tasty treats on offer from a huge range of quality suppliers.

Spoilt for choice with stacks of British and Continental cheeses...

The deli even offers a 'green' wine service via Borough Wine. The process is simple, bring your own wine bottle, or buy one from the deli, fill it up with barrel wine and once drained after a cosy Friday night in, bring it back and fill it up all over again. The deli offers both red and white wine, the first bottle costs £7.50 and refills are priced at £5 for 750ml or £6 for 1 litre.

Stunningly fragrant Bergamot lemons...

Belvoir cordial - every colour of the rainbow and very flavour imaginable...
